Ingredients:
250 grams salted butter
200 grams brown sugar
190 grams granulated sugar
8 grams vanilla sugar
2 eggs
350 grams selfraising flower
1/2 tsp salt
90 grams cacao powder
300 grams white chocolate
Directions:
Step 1: Preheat the oven at 180degrees
Step 2: Start by mixing the room temperature butter together with both the brown sugar and the granulated sugar.
Step 3: When fully combined add your eggs and mix through.
Step 4: Next add the flour and the cocoa powder and mix well, once its not sticky anymore you can use your hands to kneed the dough.
Step 5: Add your white chocolate. (you can use chocolate chips but I personally prefer the taste and texture of chopped chocolate bars) Chop the white chocolate into small chunks and add them to your dough. Kneed it through.
Step 6: Chill the dough in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Step 7:
Roll your dough into even balls and place them on your baking tray.
Step 8:
Bake them in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 180degrees.
Step 9: When they're done place them on a cooling rack to cool down. Enjoy them by yourself or share this delicious treat with your family and friends!
