Ingredients:
330 grams butter
340 grams brown sugar
3 eggs
1tsp vanilla extract
600 grams flour
3tsp baking soda
600 grams chocolate
Directions:
Step 1 Start off by mixing/whisking your butter and your eggs together.
Step 2 When the butter and eggs are fully combined add the sugar and vanilla extract and mix on low or whisk for 2 minutes
Step 3 Now add the baking soda and the flour little by little.
Step 4 Stir and kneed until it forms a dough.
Step 5 Chop up 600 grams of chocolate in small pieces (you could also use chocolate chips but I prefer the texture of chopped up chocolate bars.) When done add your chocolate to the dough and kneed through.
Step 6 Preheat your oven at 180 degrees and leave your dough in the fridge to rest for 30 minutes.
Step 7 After 30 minutes, divide your dough into equal balls and place them on a baking tray. bake for 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 8 When they're done place the cookies on a cooling rack and enjoy eating them alone or sharing them with friends!!
